The 360° view of your postage costs

Vision360 offers a 360-degree view of postage usage in your company in order to better monitor, manage and control expenses for sending mail. Access is conveniently available online via the FP customer portal and, with the informative dashboard, already provides users of Vision franking systems with an all-round view of postage usage and important status information for their franking system, e.g. available remaining credit or cartridge fill level.

With the comprehensive reporting function, you can effortlessly create detailed analyses and evaluations of postage usage by postal products, cost centers or users for freely definable periods. At the same time, you have the option of creating posting and shipping lists for special postal products (BZL, PRIO items).

Three different levels of report packages are available - you decide for yourself at what level of detail you want to evaluate postage usage for the freely selectable periods. All reports can be printed directly or exported in PDF, Excel or CSV formats.
