FP Basic
FP Basic is the basic contract for operating all franking systems and includes all essential prerequisites for operating FRANKIT franking systems. In addition to loading postage credit, this also includes software updates for the franking systems as well as updates to postal security information. The contract also includes free calls to the FP hotline.
FP-Care service packages
With our FP-Care service packages, we offer you all-round protection for the smooth operation of your mail processing systems. We offer you two different contract variants to choose from: “Classic” and “Premium”. Together with you, we determine the right service package for your personal requirements - with fixed, predictable costs and the usual fair price-performance ratio. In the event of a malfunction, there are no additional costs for travel/pickup, labor, replacement or wear parts.
FP-Care Classic
The basic service from FP at particularly favorable conditions. In the event of a malfunction on your system, we have your device collected by our logistics partner, carry out the necessary repair in our German central workshop, and usually send the fully functional device back to you within three working days.
FP-Care Premium
The contract variant “FP-Care Premium” is the convenient all-in-one solution for the highest service requirements. All services are carried out on site - usually already on the next working day - by qualified service technicians, and the preventive maintenance included depending on the system ensures high availability even with large volumes of mail.
FP free cliché
Turn your business mail into an individual advertising medium and add more variety to your mailings! With our “free cliché” contract, you can use the standard cliché templates from our FP portal free of charge for your franking. For the provision of all custom-designed clichés, you benefit throughout the contract term from significantly more favorable conditions with up to 50% discount.
FP freePrint
We are against high follow-up costs - that is why we offer you our high-quality and DPAG-certified ink cartridges at a particularly fair price-performance ratio. For anyone who wants to print even more cheaply and with fixed, predictable costs, we offer our FreePrint contracts for PostBase 30/45/65/100. FreePrint contracts secure you the free delivery of ink cartridges within the agreed mailing volume.
