All packaging used by Francotyp-Postalia is taken back free of charge at the regional offices.
Sales packaging is packaging that is offered as a sales unit and ends up with the end consumer. Sales packaging, insofar as it is equipped with the "Green Dot" of the dual system, can be disposed of via the yellow bags or special waste containers provided free of charge by Duales System Deutschland AG. Other sales packaging is taken back by us free of charge.
Outer packaging, which is used as additional packaging for sales packaging and is not required for the handover to the end consumer for reasons of protecting the goods from damage or soiling, is removed by Francotyp-Postalia before shipping and sent for material recycling.
Transport packaging is taken back free of charge in accordance with the obligation under Section 4 (1) VerpackV, provided that delivery to Francotyp-Postalia is free of charge for us. Returned transport packaging is, where possible, reused or sent for material recycling.
