Rate change News & Royal Mail Updates
Good news!
By performing a Data Upload/Synchronization on the franking machine, the new prices will be pre-installed ready for use from Monday 2nd October, ensuring the correct prices are utilised at all times.
As of Tuesday 2nd April, all FP customers will be able to download the new Royal Mail rate change for franked mail.
If the software update is not performed before the 2nd of April, the machine will prevent any post from being franked and prompt the user to perform the update.
Please note, the update may take slightly longer than usual and require the machine to reboot.

Please visit Royal Mail for the latest information on Royal Mail franking machine business shipping tariff pricing. Those customers who are under warranty or have a fully comprehensive contact, please be advised that we have automatically sent you the updated rate download information.
Royal Mail Business Price Guide
Parcels, Letters and Large Letter prices are changing for the following services:
- International Tracked & Signed
- International Tracked
- International Signed
- International Standard
- International Economy (parcels only).

Mandatory customers will need to order the updated rates via the website. Rental customers will be automatically invoiced.
