Due to adjustments by Deutsche Post AG, which are associated with the elimination of the infrastructure discount and the parallel introduction of the ID and transit-time discount, we are providing all customers with an active software maintenance contract with new versions of our software solutions MailReport and MailReport Viewer free of charge.
Attention: the download is only permitted for provided MailReport software solutions for which an active software maintenance contract for the agreed number of installations can be proven by the user. In the event of violations, FP reserves the right to take legal action, including deactivation of the MailReport function of the franking system used.
After successful completion of the update, the new versions meet DPAG requirements for processing orders to achieve the franking ID and transit-time discount via the AM Exchange process. Please only use the function to register for the transit-time discount after the new regulations come into force on 01/01/2023!
We will not provide a corresponding update for the software solution “MailReport for CentorMail”!
Please note: for communication with DPAG's AM portal as part of the ID & transit-time discount usage, the TCP port 10443 for outgoing data connections must be enabled in the new MailReport versions for PostBase from V2.12 onwards!
