Set up your new franking machine
Everything you need for a confident start: have your R-PIN ready, choose your machine, then follow the instructions made for your model.
Have your R-PIN ready
Your R-PIN (Repository PIN) is needed during installation. Keep it beside you before you begin the steps for your machine.
Where to find it
Look for an email from shipping@fpmailing.co.uk and check your junk folder. Your PostBase order confirmation may also include the R-PIN.
Get ready before you switch on
Identify your system
Match the model name on the machine or delivery paperwork. Check that the machine, supplied parts, cables and instructions are present before you begin.
Prepare power and internet
Choose a stable place near an accessible mains socket. Have the connection method ready. If your company manages the network, ask IT for the details before installation.
Follow your model guide
Use the setup order for your exact model and configuration. Keep your R-PIN ready and enter it when prompted. If FP is arranging an installation visit, follow the appointment instructions.

Register your MyFP
Register or sign in to MyFP to view your account, documents and machine information. Keep your customer number and R-PIN to hand for registration.
