Parcel registration
Capture, log and edit You will receive any incoming delivery directly from the moment it arrives in your organization.
Scan the barcode of the shipping service provider or the shipment number with hand scanner, tablet or mobile phone: FP Trax automatically detects the shipping service provider, balances the recipient with your contact directory and creates a complete record in seconds.
Mark damaged shipments directly at registration. Complete Photos, comments and up to six individual fields per shipment, for example order numbers, project codes or department references.
Print a formatted internal label directly from the registration view. Layout and data fields of the label are fully configurable.
Shipments can pass through any number of status levels until they reach the final recipient. Each update is automatically logged and timestamped.
Delivery workflows
FP Trax uses a Configurable status and flow systemso that each shipment follows exactly the procedure that your business needs.
Create as many status as you like: received, on the way, at the floor reception, in delivery, delivered, delivery failed or any individual step that fits your organization.

Use Templates Dynamic data fields, take the current shipment information directly into the e-mail text: shipment number, shipment type, sender, current location, shipping service provider and pick-up instructions.

A signed PDF proof of delivery can be created, downloaded or sent directly from the shipment dataset in the web application. It contains shipment details, status history, signature image and all photos taken during delivery.
