At the same time, we manage
- the deregistration with DPAG if required,
- have any credit paid out,
- organize environmentally friendly disposal in accordance with EU guidelines,
- and support you in commissioning a logistics provider.
If you deregister your old device yourself (via the menu) and send it to us independently, you will incur costs of €149 plus 19% VAT. If our ZW collects and deregisters your machine, costs of €199 plus 19% VAT will be incurred. If we come to you on site with a technician and deregister the machine ourselves, costs of €296 plus 19% VAT will be waived. When purchasing a replacement device, the take-back of the device is usually free of charge.
