In our terms and conditions (VSG General Terms and Conditions) under section C 3.2, it is stated that FP may appropriately adjust the annual flat-rate price if the cost factors affecting the flat rate change. Increased cost factors include material, energy and, above all, personnel costs.

Termination can only be made in writing and within the applicable notice period, and it becomes effective at the end of the next contract year. This does not result in any special right of termination.

The price increase was not applied uniformly across all models, but takes into account model-specific differences, such as varying spare parts price developments.

The price increase always refers to a subsequent contract year. A price increase can also take place if you have already canceled your contract. The increased price will then be charged until the confirmed termination date.

The cost calculation corresponds to a mixed calculation of different cost developments in materials, energy, personnel and process costs in order to ensure service compliance.
