- Collection of your old device will take place in the next working days (no collection on Saturdays and Sundays)
- The collection is free of charge for you if it was commissioned in connection with a new purchase from Francotyp-Postalia Vertrieb und Service GmbH.
- Only old devices packed ready for dispatch will be collected; the UPS courier will bring the required address label.
- UPS transports only parcels up to a maximum size of 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm and a maximum weight of up to 32 kg
- For several parcels, additional collection orders must be placed.
- The order cannot be changed or canceled.
- For special sizes, please use our large device form.
